We are looking for a Sales Person for refurbished data center hardware & TPM maintenance for the Colombian market. Networking, Servers and Storage.

This position is on a freelance-base ( trabajador independiente). The candidate must be registered with RUT as trabajador independiente at the Camara de Comercio.  Must have a bank account on their registered name. The income is based on 100% commission (no base payment, no expense reimbursements).

Requirements and benefits:

• Uncapped commission. You sell as much as you can, you earn as much. No limit. No sales targets*. No pressure, but your own "hunger" to win, sell and make money. *Additional benefits may apply if certain sales goals indeed will be met.

• 100% remote job. No commuting to an office required. You work on your own schedule.

• Must be a self-starter, with strong knowledge of brands like Cisco, HPE, NetApp, Dell/EMC, IBM (less technical, but focussed towards products specifications). Knowledge about the refurbished vs. new product market. Sales-orientated.

• Must be native-level Spanish speaker, located in Colombia

• Basic introduction of business via Teams/Zoom/WhatsApp. This is about refurbished (used) products for high-end data center business-endusers (no resellers). Strong network of midsize to large enterprise companies and their contacts within the data center environment (networking, servers and storage), and procurement departments are of great advantage.

• Good (not perfect) English, spoken and written, is required for internal communication (and for most manufacturers' product information.

• Company meeting with dinner & drinks at least twice/year in Bogota or Santa Marta. 

• *Additional benefits: after minimum 1 year of successfully working with pmz and with internal sales targets met or exceeded,  possibility for a combination of vacation and professional stay in Europe/Spain, for up to two months. pmz covers limited expenses (i.e. flight costs), international health insurance, stay in a guest-room and a gym-membership for your time in Spain. You will be spending most of your time with your colleagues.
